This Expedited Integrated Project Delivery/Design-Build Emergency Response project created three new Gotham Health sites to provide outpatient services for high-risk COVID-19 patients and follow-up care. The centers, located in Elmhurst (Queens), Bushwick (Brooklyn), and Tremont (Bronx), offer pulmonary care, diagnostics, mental health services, and on-site medication access. The project highlights the expedited design process while addressing policy challenges, vulnerabilities, and healthcare inequalities.
